Loved our stay at Olafs place! So easy to get around Stockholm from here and PLENTY to do for a couple staying the week.Bed was super comfy, temp was just right. Nice to have TV to watch a Netflix show before bed:-) (You need your own account and a little moxy to figure out the TV situation tho.) My next stove with be induction! Overall WAY positive about Olafs Place!! Will mention 2 things to be aware of to help my fellow bnb'ers:1) IF you are sensitive to smells, this is a multi-hundred year old home below grade. There is often the faint smell of sewer gas (very common in this type of place) that does NOT extend beyond the bathroom. I think Olaf has put in an exhaust to keep the odor down. We were fine with it but I saw others took issue with it in their reviews.2) You can often hear heavy foot movement and chairs above the apartment. I am sensitive to that (dont' know why??) so I got a little annoyed and nicknamed our upstair neighbor "Helga with the heavy steps. :-) LOL

Conveniently located, within a short walk and single train ride from the city centre.Kitchen was rather sparsely equipped. Overall, apartment was minimalist in furnishing.

L'appartamento risulta essere esattamente come descritto dall'host, tuttavia mancano alcune piccolezze secondo me fondamentali, come ad esempio un tappetino per la doccia, caffè, sale e zucchero. Inoltre la stanza risulta poco arieggiata, vista la presenza di un'unica finestra in alto apribile solamente a compasso.Per il resto, la zona è molto tranquilla, eccetto per i lavori che sono in corso proprio di fronte gli appartamenti, ma non recano troppo disturbo.La posizione è abbastanza centrale e ci sono due fermate a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.Nel complesso un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e l'host è molto amichevole e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza.

This Airbnb is just perfect for those that don’t want to pay high prices in the city for hotels. It’s very convenient and located closely to the Tunnelbana (Metro) station which is then easy access to Stockholm. Elias was very fast and helpful with communication. It was nice and quiet and would definitely stay here again.

Great little stay for a weekend away. about 10 min frm bus stops to get around the city.

Does the job for a short stay, comfortable bed, decent internet, nice area for walking and easy travel into the centre.The kitchen was lacking some basic items and the main room could do with better lighting.I believe the host runs many Airbnbs as a job so all is very professional with good response times but does lack that personal touch.

Neat and spacious apartment with everything you could need provided. Clean, close to the station, and comfortable. Only point to keep in mind is the stairs down to the basement bedroom do not feel the sturdiest if you are carrying a child down, so maybe sleep upstairs. The host gives clear instructions so it will be easy to book, check-in and check-out.
