Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, le logement est fidèle à la description, ce n’est pas grand mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Attention cependant à la douche qui est très petite.

Kleine saubere Unterkunft in guter Nähe zu Stockholm. Gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten zum Kochen von Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet. Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche bei Andreas, was vollkommen gut war, es gab jedoch keine Möglichkeit zum Reinigen der Unterkunft, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt oder mehr als zwei Personen sicherlich nötig wäre. Weiterhin liegt die Unterkunft sehr zentral an einer Straße, was beim Lüften der Wohnung laut werden kann

The location is great, especially if you want easy access to running trails or happen to visiting for the Stockholm marathon. There is a great little bakery just up the street (all gluten free!). Also close by is a Coop grocery that is open early and later than most shops. The place was warm and the kitchen functional. Unexpectedly the second bedroom was not made upon arrival but Elias helped locate the linens. He is super responsive.

We had a nice stay in Stockholm and Elias accomodation was the right choice. The tunnelbanna (metro station) is close about few walking minutes away where you can reach the central station easily.After check-in we were welcomed to a maximum clean and cozy apartment. You basically have everything you need. Communication with Elias was also always easy and successful. I would definitely re-book as soon as I would visit Stockholm again and it is worth the money like it is for Stockholm in general.PS: It'd have been desireable if a kettle was provided. Nevertheless this was not a huge issue for us.

What a great stay at Fredrik’s place! Compact apartment, but a kitchen and a washing machine were a big plus! 1-2 persons is ideal for the space. 3-5 min walk to Gärdet metro station, that leads you to T-Centralen or Gamla Stan in max 10 min, so great accessibility to Stockholm and its activities. Fredrik is super responsive and the check-in/out instructions were clear. Overall, great place to stay and much more enjoyable than a room in an hotel!

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und alles hat gepasst! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
