L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una struttura più antica ed è un vero gioiello architettonico. Al nostro piano, ovvero piano terra (che per la struttura è piano 1), non ci sono muri, ma solo vetrate che costeggiano l'appartamento, dove si può ammirare il paesaggio e la luce del sole.L'appartamento non è grandissimo ma è perfettamente funzionale. Il bagno è di dimensioni normali, la doccia però è spaziosa e prende la metà del bagno. La cucina è minimale ma fornita. C'è tutto l'indispensabile: frigorifero, microonde, lavastoviglie.Il lavabo forse è un po' troppo piccolo qualora si volessero lavare alcuni piatti senza far andare la lavastoviglie.La zona è meravigliosa, residenziale, staccata dal centro città, ma collegatissima grazie al bus 55 (a 100mt dall'appartamento) e al traghetto 80 (scendendo sulla riva a 5 minuti di cammino).L'unica pecca (se si può chiamare tale) è che la porta ha un codice estremamente lungo e non ha la chiave. Per il costo, è sopra le aspettative.

Rigtig fin lejlighed med ski in, dog ikke ski out udenfor sæsonen.Køkkenet var meget sparsommeligt mht. redskaber, og lejligheden har ingen ovn. Badeværelset lugtede desværre meget ved ankomst, men blev bedre efter vi havde benyttet os af badet. Alt i alt en fin oplevelse af bo i lejligheden i Åre, vi nød vores to dage der :-)

The apartment was good as a temporary stay for 2 weeks. It is like a hotel room but with kitchen and more private. Location is 10 min away from the underground so it’s easy to commute. Definitely recommend.

Sessiz, sakin küçük bir evdi. Klima ilgili bir sorun yaşadık ama hızlıca çözüm sağlandı.

Overall the stay was pretty good. It was a clean apartment which is well located. However, it was weird that there are noise detectors, which go off when you are too loud. This does not make you fell private.

Jederzeit wieder! Die Unterkunft ist super! Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Gute Einrichtung und sehr sauber! In nur 5 min zu Fuß ist ein tolles Café zum Frühstücken/Brunchen (Cykelcafé Le Mond).Gute Kommunikation mit Elias und der Zugang zur Wohnung mit der App hat perfekt geklappt.Vielen Dank!Klare Empfehlung
