Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider sehr hellhörige Wohnung. An einem Morgen gegen 7 Uhr hat jemand den Feueralarm ausgelöst, die Feuerwehr war aber schnell da und wir konnten nach kurzer Zeit zurück ins Gebäude.

Cozy and clean apartment, located in one the best parts of the city. It is very close to the water with many bars, restaurants and attractions around the place.We enjoyed a lot during our stay there.

it was a cozy and clean place, the only thing that stops it from being a 5 star is the thin walls so you hear people clearly going around in the apartment and difficult to use shower.

Olof was a great host, catering to all our needs. He was also quick and happy to extend our stay, when we unexpectedly had to stay for an extra day. The studio was very well organised, clean and everything was as it was presented online. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Göteborg. Die Decken im oberen Schlafbereich sind zwar etwas niedrig aber hat beim Schlafen nicht gestört. Eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Immer wieder gerne!

Pros:- typical Swedish home with cozy atmosphere - nice area with good restaurants and supermarkets around- good communication and fast responses from the host- calm building Cons:- it smelled strongly like curry our entire stay, even after we opened all windows multiple times. The host should have made sure to get rid of the smell before he invites new guests - central heating was too cold. There was no option to increase the temperature by ourselves. The host said that he could change the central heating the next day, which meant that we needed to stay in the cold for another 24 hours- the bathroom was tiny and has no windows. When you took a shower, the whole bathroom would be wet including the toilet- the kitchen was small, a bit old-fashioned and did not have any cleaning cloth or sponges
