This was second apartment we stayed in of Andreas'. Both are very clean and modern. A very good product for very reasonable price! For a couple days the bedroom was really too cold. But Andreas requested building Central heat to be increased and situation improved, which also coincided with outside temperature warming.... bedroom may need a space heater. Andreas communicates very well.

The place was fine, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Södermalm if you are booking last minute. The place was nice and warm and was close to the places we wanted to see. The place smelled intensely like the sewage system. Elias also cancelled our stay just a week in advance without any explanation but when we tried to book again, it worked out. I had mentioned this to him but he didn't apologize or explain the situation.

Place is great! Really recommend. We had a little problem with the central heating in the beginning but it was resolved and there was also additional radiator provided so it wasnt that much of an issue.

Zum Skifahren perfekt geeignet!

Enkelt och centralt boende. Ganska litet för en barnfamilj men fungerade fint i 2 nätter. Saknade kanske något att koka kaffe i. Annars inget att anmärka på.

Great location and easy to get to the station which is one train to the city center.I really enjoyed my stay here it felt comfortable and safe I will definitely stay there again. 🔥

Allt gick smidigt och väldigt skönt med ski-in, ski-out läget!
