The apartment complex resembles a converted old-age home turned into a large Airbnb with numerous units. While it lacks charm, it is clean, practical, and situated in a pleasant area. My apartment featured a small balcony and provided essentials like instant coffee, dish-cleaning supplies, and plastic bags.The spacious bathroom, designed to accommodate a wheelchair, also suggests its previous use as an old people’s home. Conveniently, there’s a supermarket nearby open until 10 PM.The only downside was ongoing construction, which resulted in early morning drilling; however, this likely varies by apartment. This place is ideal for one or two people seeking a centrally located, budget-friendly option without the desire for charm or coziness, focusing instead on practicality and reasonable rates. I would recommend it.

Had a great stay. Olof was very communicative , friendly and helped me when needed. The place was tidy, clean and in a perfect location. The access to the building / flat implies a higher security level than usual which is great. I would highly recommend it to everyone
