Nice, cozy and clean place. Bonus for the shared sauna. However the booking system of the sauna had changed and we got some old instructions for booking. Thus we did not have the chance to book the sauna and we just used it when it was free. Luckily it was low season, so there was no problem. I am sure Kimmo will fix the instructions as soon as he gets the new info about the booking system.

This place was really great! the view from here is unbeatable. There was everything provided as listed in the description. We liked that the kitchen had an oven too! The place was very clean and it felt at home. Pontus provided very clear instructions, we did not have any problems checking-in. It's a tiny bit of a walk up the hill but it's a great exercise too. It was definitely worth the view we got from here! 😊

Everything as described. Clean accommodation with a great view over the lake and easy commute to the lifts. Communication with Pontus was easy and replies quick.

Value for money and close to the city center! We traveled via car and got quite confused with the directions to the place since Gps maps wasn't quite accurate. Space is as described. Good for 4 but if you wanna freely move around it's really for 2 max but it's still a great deal.

Schickes kleines Apartment. Die Lage ist gut, eventuell etwas schwer zu finden, weil das Gebiet noch im Aufbau ist. Die Küche ist sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet, es gibt grundlegendes (für 4 Personen, nicht 5). Zum Frühstücken reicht es gut, wirklich kochen kann man dort nicht. Der Ausblick über den Hafen ist toll.

Clean, nice appartement. Located on a good starting point to explore Stockholm. Good contact with the host, who answers quick on questions.

Modern och funktionell lägenhet. Bra bäddar i sovrummen, men bäddsoffan i allrummet fungerar bäst för barn. Härligt matbord för 6 pers, där vi ordnade mysiga middagar efter långa dagar ute. Fräscht badrum också. Värden är mycket trevlig och svarar snabbt. Enkla instruktioner. Nära till allt som erbjuds i och kring Åre, men bil eller cykel behövs. Saknade möjlighet att ladda startbatteriet (12V) till hybridbilen vid boendet. Man får inte använda elstolparna för motorvärmare, trots att 30 min. räcker för båda med transformatorladdare. Stolpar för laddning av huvudbatteriet ska kanske installeras i området.

This apartment is great! Looks exactly like the pictures - fair price for a great stay in Stockholm. Very close to the tram and only 15 min away from the city. The apartment was very clean, well organized, everything there that is needed. Elias is a Great Host - very Open, always reachable and very proactive. Otherwise, I can only highly recommend this apartment and I’ll definitely come back!

Fin, fresh og praktisk leilighet! Vi stortrivdes! Enkelt å komme seg til og fra sentrum med sykkel/el-sparkesykkel.

Fin lejlighed, tæt på mad/drikke, transport og butikker i et dejligt kvarter.Meget ren og ordentlig lejlighed, hvor alt fungerer.

sehr schön gelegene wohnung mitten in södermalm! die abwicklung lief unkompliziert und einfach. zutritt ins haus und die wohnung über eine schlüsselapp. die wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles inkludiert was man braucht!elias war immer via mail erreichbar, sofern was gebraucht wurde!schönes viertel und super lokale in der nahen umgebung!gerne wieder!!

Mycket centralt och bra läge på boendet, det enda önskemålet vi har är att det skulle varit lite bättre mörkläggningsgardiner och skönare huvudkuddar.
