We had a great stay celebrating my wife’s significant birthday over a long weekend. We were able to arrange a convenient early check in for a small extra fee, the Parakey system worked well once we were given early access and William responded promptly when we had a problem. The location is perfect for Gamla Stan and we enjoyed walking out in the neighbourhood with great transport options to go further when needed.It was a privilege to stay in such a historical building on the waterfront in warmth and comfort with a great view.The property description was accurate and helped manage our expectations about the wet room and the three flights of stairs.Great memories were made in the apartment with our close family, thank you William, Sofia and the team.

Andreas was a great host! We had a few issues when checking in that made us unsure how clean the place was. We got there and the dirty linens from the previous guests were still left at the front door and no new linens, towels, or toilet paper was provided for us. Our check-in time was at 1600 and we got there at about 1620, and eventually at about 1645 a worker brought us clean linens, towels, and toilet paper. That being said, we then had to make our beds. Lastly, there was no shower curtain for the shower, which was strange. The place overall was incredibly nice and Andreas was a great host, but these few issues had us questioning cleanliness!

The apartment was very clean, and it is barrier-free. We had towels provided. It is tastefully decorated. The kitchen does have everything you need to cook except for seasonings, they need to be bought if one wants to cook. In our case the stove didn’t work which was a bit inconvenient, but Olof granted us a price reduction. We stayed for two nights, in the second night at 02:30 at night we heard a quite strange drilling noise in the ceiling directly above the bed. Since the ceiling had a hatch, we got quite scared but we survived ;).The apartment has a bus stop in 2 walking minutes distance and a tram stop in 12 walking minutes distance. With the tram the city center can be reatched quite fast.
