Olof's apartment went above and beyond expectations. You really sense the history of the location and the feeling of staying in a very old home without lacking any modern comforts. - The location is perfect. One end of the street places you in the middle of history, cafes, restaurants, and shops. the other end leads out to the main road, for easy drop off upon arrival. It is a short and scenic walk to the train and grocery (in the train station). - The apartment itself is cozy and very clean. After being out all day, it was nice to come back somewhere tucked away and quiet. The bed was comfortable. - Olof provided us with all the information requested and really great check-in /out instructions. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Positives: Die Wohnung war wunderschön und das Bett und die Küche waren sehr sauber. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Metro war direkt nebenan. Es gab auch genug Lebensmittelläden in der Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem agb er uns auch sehr hilfreiche Tipps und Hilfestellungen zur Umgebung.Negatives: Die Nachbarn waren an 2 Tagen sehr laut. Sie haben den Bohrer einen kompletten Tag lang verwendet und an einem anderen Tag laute Rap-Musik gehört. Der Eingang zum Haus hat nach Müll gerochen und es waren manchmal Müllreste neben der Treppe. Einmal waren dort sogar Glasscherben auf dem Boden. Dies betraf aber nur den Hausfluhr und NICHT die Wohnung selbst. Ich bin mir sicher, dass der Gasgeber nichts dafür kann, wie sich seine Nachbarn verhalten. Trotz allem finde ich, dass es ein schönes Apartment ist und man dort defintiv einen guten Ort zum schlafen, kochen etc. hat und das zu einem guten Preis.

Really appreciated place, 15min walk to a supermarket, on the opposite side of the city center (river in between). At just 1 bus stop of the train station.Clean, and quiet. Spacious and luminous.

Ett bra boende, där vi redan bott två gånger och kan tänka oss att komma tillbaka igen!

Siamo stati presso gli alloggi di Elias e il primo che ci e´stato assegnato aveva la porta del bagno impossibile da chiudere e ogni volta che ci si lavava si allagava. Abbiamo chiesto un provvedimento e immediatamente siamo stati assegnati ad un altro alloggio. Quindi peccato per il primo appartamento,ma non possimao lamentarci del secondo.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Gastgeber war immer gut zu erreichen. Sehr zufrieden. Einziges Manko: es hätte mehr als 2 große Löffel geben sollen. Haha. Sonst top.

Trevlig lägenhet i ett område där det just nu byggs enormt mycket, därav lite bullrigt men det kommer nog bli helt fantastiskt när det är klart!

The place was comfortable and had just enough space for two people. There were some minor things that bothered us a little such as practicalities throughout the house however, overall it was an enjoyable and pleasant place to stay. It was nice place to arrive “home” to after a long day in the cold. It was a little difficult to find as there are a couple of houses with the same number however, all went well and we can recommend for sure. Luna

5/5 svenska jordgubbar! Den perfekta vistelsen i Stockholm. Supermysig och bekväm lägenhet med sköna sängar och soffa. Fin utsikt på en höjd. Fin omgivning. Trevlig interiör, mycket trivsam.

Som vanligt är Elias boende exceptionellt, har säkert hyrt 30-40 nätter minst vid det här laget
