Probably the cutest Airbnb in Stockholm! Small and cozy and exactly as described.

The flat is in a very nice neighbourhood with the metro just down the road which was so handy and easy to navigate whilst travelling to the centre and outskirts of Stockholm.There are cafes and shops nearby which was convenient.The flat itself was tidy and clean with everything nicely laid out. It felt very warm and welcoming throughout my stay.Andrea was great at communicating and really helpful in giving instructions which i appreciated as I was travelling alone, so he made me feel reassured during my check in and check out. Highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to come to stockholm as a solo traveller.

This house was nice. The location is really great. The only problem was the hot water. This problem solved by Elias but this was a big problem for us. We had somewhere to get to, we lost time.

Die Lage war wirklich großartig und auch beim Gastgeber habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings fand ich es in der Wohnung anfangs viel zu kalt. Es gibt nur einen kleinen elektrischen Heizkörper für die Wohnung und es hat 2 Tage gedauert, bis wir die Temperatur in der Wohnung einigermaßen angenehm fanden. Auch die Bettdecken waren für diese Temperatur leider viel zu dünn. Darüber hinaus sind Bad und Küche wirklich sehr eng für diesen doch etwas höheren Preis der Unterkunft. Aber da ich nicht ausschließen kann, dass diese Preise für diese Gegend normal sind, habe ich hierfür keinen Stern abgezogen.

Nice place to stay

My friends and I went for a girls trip and this was a perfect place to stay for the 5 of us. The photos and description listed matched what we walked into perfectly. The neighborhood felt very safe and was centrally located to all the various things we wanted to do including great restaurants right down the street, nearby metro station and bus stops, museums, and the boat docks (great for doing the Archipelago tour). It was clean and uncluttered. Our host provided helpful answers to all our questions and responded within the day. Overall it was a great experience!One thing that may have been nice to have further instruction on that we didn’t realize until we were leaving would have been the garbage disposal instructions. This the host’s fault. We are from an area in our country in which recycling isn’t common. When we went downstairs to dispose of our trash we were all extremely confused by the various bins without labels and where to dispose of certain items.

Beautiful apartment, Elias was very helpful and communicative! The place is very well equipped, as described. The area is peaceful and close to city center. The only minus is that floor was a bit dusted, but except that everything else was just prefect!

Very peaceful neighborhood and quite close to the metro station. The apartment is supplied with many utensils and amenities that provide everything one needs for the stay. The only downside was that it was a little hard to bring up the stroller because of steps and the elevator being rather small. Even so, we managed to move it up and down, and our stay was very good

I stayed in this apartment with my boyfriend 4 days and it was well structured and organised even if the space is a bit little (above all the kitchen and the bathroom). The position of the airbnb is near to the railway station (300 m) so perfect to go around in this beautiful city. Around the apartment there are many restaurants and activities, too. Elias is very precise for giving you the necessary informations.

Jeg bodde i Fredriks leilighet for annen gang. Denne gangen var det full vinter. Leiligheten var god og varm. Med mye snø var det også fint med kort vei til T-banen.

Andreas’s place was well located and spacious. It was easy to check in and out of his apartment. The overall spaciousness of the apartment enhances the comfort . Unfortunately, the non-functional TV, despite its presence in the photos, was an unexpected disappointment. Having prior knowledge of this would have significantly influenced our decision when booking. Additionally, considering the winter season, an additional heater for the second room would be beneficial, as the central heating alone is insufficient for colder temperatures.Nonetheless, the overall experience was positive!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία από τον Φρέντρικ, ανταποκριθηκε άμεσα σε όλα τα μηνύματα, και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη διαμονή μας. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης κάτι που καθιστά την τοποθεσία του εξαιρετική. Από θέμα καθαριότητας, δεν είχαμε κανένα απολύτως θέμα, παρ'ολο που για κάποιους μπορεί να θεωρηθεί ότι δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό, για το λόγο ότι βρίσκεται σε μια διατηρητέα οικοδομή στην οποία δεν μπορεί να αλλαχτεί το πάτωμα και τα κουφώματα. Το μπάνιο είναι εξαιρετικό, με θερμαινόμενο δάπεδο. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει αυτόνομη θέρμανση οπότε ήταν πολύ ζεστό με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία -6 βαθμούς. Τέλος, θεωρώ ότι η διαμονή είναι ιδανική για 2 άτομα, γιατί σε περίπτωση που χρειαστεί τρίτο κρεβάτι, υπάρχει ένα ράντσο το οποίο δεν είναι και τόσο άνετο.

soggiorno fantastico, unica pecca: il bagno era veramente minuscolo, non ci ho neanche provato a fare la doccia, difatti sono andata a casa di conoscenti a farla, però per il resto, tutto al 100%, indicazioni comprese, sono veramente soddisfatta, quartiere molto molto bello, vicino alla metro e a tanti bar e negozi carini, spero di venirci un altra volta in un ipotetico viaggio a stoccolma!
