Petit logement facile d’accès, bien situé à proximité des transports en commun (2min de la station de métro), à moins de 10min en métro de la vieille ville. Quartier calme. L’appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Petit bémol, il n’y a pas de meuble pour ranger les vêtements. Andreas est réactif en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

We had a nice stay and the place was well worth what we paid for.It was a touch cold, with one heater not operating and we hadn’t noticed in the listing that there was no bedroom door. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and great value.

We had a lovely stay in Fredrik‘s apartment and it really contributed to making our little trip to Stockholm such a wonderful experience.The apartment is small but definitely big enough for two persons. It is very clean and the vintage design makes it feel super cute and cozy. For us, the apartment was just perfectly located. It’s right in the old town, which is a busier area but also has a very special charm. It is a perfect base to explore Stockholm as many of the sights and shopping in Södermalm and Östermalm can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Otherwise, the next train station is only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment.We would definitely recommend the place. Thank you very much Fredrik!

We had an enjoyable time staying at Fredrik's place in Stockholm. It was clean and decorated beautifully. It was super easy to get around with the subway and bus stops just a short walk away. Lots of restaurants and shopping a walkable distance away as well. Would highly recommend.

Everything went very well in Andreas's appartment. Clear instructions, public transport nearby, all the facilities needed to stay for several days. I would recommend it!

We had a great stay in the apartment. It is in great, new condition with solid materials and tastefully decorated. Our host Andreas was very responsive and helpful with all our questions before, during and after our stay. The flat is 10-15 min walk to Älvsjö commuter station and conveniently located. Accessibility wise, we are a small family and struggled a bit with getting through the small doors plus step of the main building gate with our pram, but solved it through folding the pram and carrying it. Would recommend this place!

Bra, fräscht och nära lift.

Great place with a nice view over the city and the slopes 5 min away! Parking (not free) right at the doorstep. Comfortable and handy.

Bra boende, rent och fint.

Lite ”Cluedo” med att få tillgång till tagg men inget större besvär. Lägenheten var fräsch, ren och modern med bekvämligheter som disk- och tvättmaskin (hade en längre vistelse) vilket uppskattades. Matbutiker i närheten och med kort promenad nås Odenplans T-bana.Kan bara rekommendera vistelse.

The stay was perfect for my longer internship stay, I felt very comfortable there, everything was super clean, I was able to reach everything easily and flexibly from there by train, for example the city centre of Stockholm, and the triple glazing of the windows kept out any noise from outside. I would choose this stay again at any time.

The apartment was nice with a great location. Olof was very responsive and clear in its explanations. I strongly recommend that accommodation !

Andreas apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and fresh. We enjoyed our stay and would definately come back again!
