The apartment is great, but my overall impression was marred during the last two days of my stay when the radiator broke and the temperature in the apartment was only +10 degrees for two days. As soon as I noticed the problem, I contacted the landlord around 6 p.m., but it wasn’t resolved that same day, which made the nights very cold. The next day, I was informed that a technician would come to fix the radiator. I mentioned that I wouldn’t be home, but I was fine with the technician coming without me. When I returned in the evening, the temperature was still +10 degrees. I was told that the technician couldn’t enter the apartment because I hadn’t left any keys. This was despite the fact that I had informed them of my absence and no one mentioned anything about the keys; moreover, I believe it is the landlord’s responsibility to have spare keys and to arrange access for the technician. I was disappointed that my problem was ignored for two days without a resolution. It is difficult to live in a room at such a low temperature, and it appeared that the landlord was not very concerned.

Convenient location near Gardet metro, 4 stops away from Stockholm Old Town. Recommended.

The price-performance ratio is excellent! The room is nicely set up and comfortable! You have to get used to the building and the corridors a bit, as they give off the vibe of an old hospital.

I spent one week in the Elias apartment and I really liked it. The neighborhood is calm and you can really relax and enjoy the Swedish life. The metro station is 10 minutes by walk and you can join the center of Stockholm in 20/25 minutes. I walked around and you have amazing place with a park and lake view. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only thing missing in my opinion is an electric water kettle. I totally recommend this apartment for someone travelling alone or for a couple.

Great accommodation in a nice neighborhood on Södermalm. The place was very clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful decor. We stayed there in February, and even though the heating was turned up fully, the apartment was a bit chilly at night, which we were informed about in advance. Unfortunately, there was only hot water available in the shower. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Relaxing and invigoratingPositive: The view of the lake is exceptional! The apartment is very comfortable and very quiet. It is tastefully decorated. An extra light near the sofa for reading would be welcome. We would happily return!
