The size of the apartment with two restrooms and a large sauna is great. It's an enjoyable space from the moment you enter it. The unit feels clean, spacious, and cared for.Lovely views from the living room windows. There are no outdoor-facing windows but honestly, for the price, location, size, cleanliness, and minimal time we spent in the bedrooms, it is not a dealbreaker. The host was always responsive and a clear communicator. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place.

Jag har hyrt flera gånger av Kim och det har alltid varit jättebra. Det som drog ner omdömet den här gången var att ljusen i lägenheten blinkade och vatten som rann ut i badrummet från duschen. Något som jag såg flera hade påpekat. Det skulle behöva fixas för det är konstant blött på golvet. Sen, vilket säkert var beskrivet men som jag missade var att diskhon bara var 15 cm bred vilket gjorde det väldigt jobbigt att diska. Utsikten och läget är dock magiskt och allt i huset funkar bra.

Very charming and spacious appartement in a really lively urban area. Close to public transport, shops ands restaurants. Bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to citysounds. Unfortunately it was not possible to book a late check-out allthough this was promoted. Overall a really great place to discover Gothenborg from.
