Pro: Great neighborhood and clean apartment with everything you need. I found it quite practical that I did not need to carry around a key to the apartment Con:Unfortunately, the door to the kitchen is missing and the fridge makes a lot of noise which can be annoying for people that are sensitive to noises at night. Also, there are no curtains which make the room dark at night and in Sweden it can get very light very early in the summer.

Great location with Hornstull metro station just a short walk from the apartment and only a few stops to T-Centralen. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, with several supermarkets (ICA, Willys, etc.) and restaurants. The Flygbussarna bus stop to Arlanda Airport is also nearby and easily reachable on foot. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies (trash bags, coffee and tea, etc.).Check-in is via self-service both at the building entrance and the apartment. Be careful with the entry codes – if you enter them incorrectly, the door locks and you have to wait for it to be unlocked (this happened to us). We would have appreciated a quicker response from the host. The apartment wasn’t cleaned upon arrival and there were no bed linens. Once we reached the host, they came promptly to clean and provided bedding and towels.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
