We stayed here for a couple of nights and found everything we need. Close to public transport, furnished and equipped as described in the pictures. Communication and check-in were easy, William was always reachable.

Nice location. Good keyless entry system. The apartment is cozy and high end. Powerful shower, nice comfy bed. Safe, good place to stay. Recommend.

Very cute apartment, perfect for short or longer term stays. Photos are accurate (there is a full size fridge that’s not pictured). Great location! Super trendy area of Sodermalm with great restaurants all around. A block and a half to the subway and there’s a flygbussarna stop right in front of Hornstull, was only about 50 mins to the airport. The keys are on an app you’ll want to download on WiFi before you’re at the apartment.

Hornshull is very lively yet also calm with the proximity harbour front.
Apartment has 5-10 great restaurant with 2-300 meters range and the few I tried was really good.
Apartment had all I needed with double and comfortable bed, desk for work, space for dining, kitchen and bathroom. Plus not least a top end espresso machine !!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
