В жилье было предоставлено все включая средства гигиены и порошок для стирки белья , это приятно удивило. Метро сразу возле здания легко добираться в любую точку города. Мы были с ребенком и в квартире уже были установлены ограничителя для дверей и шкафчиков. Был чай и другие специи, что тоже не может не радовать . Елиас очень быстро и понятно отвечал на возникшие вопросы. Приватное патио и придлежащая закрытая территория идеальна для прогулок с детьми. От всего сердца рекомендую это жилье! Обязательно вернемся снова !

La casa di Elias era perfetta per la nostra vacanza, bella e molto pulita. Un po' complicato il check in ma per il resto è andato tutto benissimo. Elettrodomestici TOP!

Alt kunne vært 5/5, starten ble spaming med masse info fra en annen app. Viktig info druknet og det ble mye å lete for å finne det man skulle ha. Skulle laste ned en app før man kom for å låse opp, og den måtte jeg purre på å få. Men ellers kjempebra å bruke og veldig enkelt bare den var på plass. Litt dårlig dårlig info om hvilken etasje det var. Det var kaffeflekker på gulvet, Pommes frittes i ventilatoren så det gav ikke det fresheste inntrykket, sluken var tett så når du dusjet rant det ut over gulvet, det var søl etter noe kropps olje eller noe i baderoms skuffen så dette måtte vi tørke opp, gardinene hold på å ramle ned fra skruefestene og satt nesten på kryss. Lampe med ødelagt støpsel på soverom, bordslampe i stuen manglet lyspære. Svært dårlig sofa i stuen var som å sitte inntil en vegg. Kanon bra beliggenhet og vi var nok bare litt uheldige. Fikk raskt tilbud om ny vask. Obs: har ikke TV. God seng, ellers alt stilfullt! Litt dyr men anbefales.

This apartment has a wonderful terrace where you wake up to snow and sunshine. The views are fantastic, the hot water is plentiful, and the washing machine works great. Highly recommended! It’s only a two-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. In just three or four stops you can reach attractions like the Royal Palace. Ideal for travelers!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
