Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Andreas war in Ordnung. Kommunikation und Check-in waren unkompliziert. Auf den Fotos wirkte die Wohnung gemütlicher und persönlicher als sie in Wirklichkeit war. Die Einrichtung war in einigen Bereichen eher lieblos, was schade ist, da die Wohnung mehr Potential hat.

Transportation was very easy. Close to many different options. It’s right there when you walk out. Getting to the city center is very easy. The apartment had stuff that we forgot to bring from home. For example there was an umbrella, and the hairdryer. Right near the airbnb there was Lidl and another local supermarket called ICA. There were many restaurants, and nice bakeries around. Also, Systembolaget is right there as well. Very practical location and we enjoyed the stay. Andreas always responded to our questions or even answered them before we asked. Thank you

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
