Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist der Beschreibung entsprechend. Der Weg zur U-Bahn ist angenehm kurz. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze am Haus (max 7 Tage im Sommer) wo aber nicht immer einer frei ist. Der Check-in ist flexibel und nicht kompliziert, jedoch etwas ungewöhnlich, man muss die Anweisungen auf jeden Fall genau lesen. Die Bilder sind etwas heller und weiter als die Unterkunft vor Ort tatsächlich wirkt. Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, ist eben kein ganz neues Haus. Das Bad hat einen leichten moderigen Geruch, es ist sauber, aber trotz ständig offener Tür bekommt man den Geruch nicht ganz weg. Wenn man sich die Stockholmer Preise anschaut alles in allem dennoch empfehlenswert.

Nice flat, just for 2 people, it is not the biggest. U can hear the neighbours in the house like they'd be with u in the room.The kitchen was just fine with enough appliances (just without a microwave). When we arrived, the dishes were totally not clean and wet, although they'd been inside the cupboard. Cutlery was also not very clean, so we had to clean it again before using it. The bathroom was a bit small but okay, just the fact that u have no shower barrier, so when u take a shower, the entire bathroom is flooded. It was okay.Instructions were great tho and it is nicely accessible with public transport.

Easy to reach by metro, 20-25 min from central station. Small cozy private single room flat. Internet was fast and stable. Bad was comfortable to sleep. Everything was good.

This apartment is easily accessible, has good quality/price ratio and is located in a peaceful neighborhood! The apartment matched the description and had all the promised amenities. Stayed with a friend of mine and we had no issues.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
