Place was like promised. Little balcony was a treat for morning coffee. Located at the end of street, so fairly quiet. Had everything you would need close by - groceries, varietry of restaurants, pub, shops, metro and so on. Very nice area with parks and water close by.

Elias’s apartment is great. the location is excellent- close to restaurants, the park, cute cafes and the water. it was a perfect spot for my trip to unwind and feel like a local.

Het appartement was in prima staat, had alles wat je nodig hebt en was zeer comfortabel, netjes en gezellig ingericht. Ook de keuken en badkamer waren prima. Elias communiceerde snel en zeer duidelijk. Een uitstekend verblijf in een leuke buurt.

Une déception totale, je ne recommande absolument pas. Le logement ne correspond en rien aux photos: il paraît charmant et cosy sur l'annonce alors qu'il est en fait tout à fait dénué de charme, la décoration est quasi inexistante, et le studio n'a que le strict minimum pour fonctionner. Qui plus est, il est très bruyant car situé à quelques mètres seulement du pont extrêmement passant de Liljeholmsbron. Le bruit de la circulation est constant. S'ajoute à cela le côté spartiate des équipements, et zéro condiments attendus dans un Airbnb tels que sel et poivre, ou encore huile et vinaigre. Pour ces raisons, j'ai demandé dès mon arrivée à pouvoir quitter le logement, ce que l'hôte m'a refusé catégoriquement. Il m'a donc fallu y rester toute la durée de mon séjour à Stockholm, ce qui a terni mon voyage. J'ajoute que la communication est envahissante: on reçoit un nombre de messages incalculables avant, pendant et après le séjour, ce qui n'aide pas à déconnecter. Bref, à éviter.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
