Buena ubicación aunque algo alejado del centro tiene buena comunicación, la zona es muy agradable con buenas opciones para comer y cenar. El apartamento es espacioso y comodo, la comunicación con Andreas fue fluida en todo momento

L'appartement est très bien situé, facile d'accès, beaucoup de commodités aux alentours (bars, restaurants, supermarché, petites boutiques...). Appartement situé près du métro direct vers le centre ville (très rapide) et de la ligne de bus direct depuis et vers l'aéroport.Appartement très calme, spacieux, dans un quartier résidentiel.Andreas a toujours été à l'écoute et immédiatement réactif à nos demandes.Je recommande vivement.

Die Altbauwohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut gelegen. Die nächste Tunnelbahn ist in kurzer Gehdistanz. Es hat viele kleine hübsche Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment is a charming apartment in a historic building. The location was perfect a short walk to the metro system, close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The only issue we had was the bathtub water piping was leaking onto the floor and concerned it may completely fail during our stay. Andrea was notified and he committed to repair. There were 4 adults staying in the apartment and found the apartment to our expectations and would stay again.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
