Zeer aangenaam verblijf. Rustig en gezellige buurt vlakbij de metro. Kleine supermarkt op de hoek. Wij hadden een super verblijf.

Tolle kleine und gemütliche Wohnung. Die U bahn Station so wie Supermärkte sind in kürze zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet (könnte ruhig etwas mehr sein :) Allerdings finde ich, dass wenn die Wohnung für 2-4 Personen ausgelegt ist, es dann auch eine ordentliche Schlafcouch geben sollte. Eine die man ausziehen kann und sich nicht aus mehren einzelnen Möbelteilen zusammenschieben lässt :/ Ansonsten war alles top :)

Fijn verblijf gehad, goed te bereiken met de metro, iets meer uit de stad, daardoor lekker rustig. Mooie wijk, lekker appartement.

Andrea's place was spacious and beautiful. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful and it was walking distance to groceries and the subway. We would most definitely come back again if we were back in Stockholm.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
