Et fantastisk rom som helt samsvarte med det som var oppgitt på nettsiden ved bestilling. Det hadde alle nødvendige fasiliteter, var koselig og hadde en fantastisk utsikt fra vinduet. Kjøkkenet var praktisk og godt utstyrt med alt vi trengte av utstyr og hvitevarer, inkludert brødrister, kaffemaskin og vannkoker.
Beliggenheten er veldig god – det er enkelt å komme seg til skiheisene, og det tar bare rundt fem minutter å gå dit i skiutstyr. Det går også en liten trikk til sentrum, og holdeplassen ligger rett ved hotellet. Det er en rask måte å komme seg til byen på, og i tillegg en ganske hyggelig opplevelse.
Det var betalt parkering for bil. Personalet var vennlige – vi møttes ikke personlig, men vi hadde noen spørsmål via meldinger og fikk raske svar. Ingen problemer i det hele tatt.
Et veldig fint sted som vi gjerne vil komme tilbake til..

Nice stay and the apartment was as described. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward. The check-out time was a bit early.

The view over the village, lake and mountain was spectacular, both from the bedroom as well as from the balcony. We weren't aware that the funicular had a stop just 100 meters from the building. This is a perfect way to easily get to the village center, but even more important, when going back to the building since it's a steep walk, especially with skis and skiboots...

Second year in a row we rent from Pontus.Last year, a completely newly renovated apartment on the first floor. This year, another apartment, also very nicely renovated but a few years old on the third floor. We missed some kitchen items! A few more pieces of cutlery, more glasses, and plates – having to wash after every meal was a bit unnecessary, but okay.A few more hangers would have been appreciated.It would be great with better drying options and more clothes hanging facilities.Nice view, good TV – we will definitely be back.// Thank you, see you next year.

HOUSE RULES
1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
