Fin lejlighed til 4 personer med flot udsigt. Meget nem ski ind og ud - kun røde pister ind. Lille køkken med 2 kogeplader, så muligt at varme lidt mad.

Easy check-in, and fast communication

Great location, just 10 minutes down to Åre city centre. The landlord was easy to talk to. However, the apartment was not very well maintained and felt a bit uninviting. We had good communication with the landlord regarding this. There were only four kitchen chairs, which became a slight inconvenience when using the sofa bed, as the last person had to sit on an ottoman (we were 5).

Flexible check-in and check-out, a nice apartment that looks just like in the pictures, and the host was always quick to respond to any questions.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
