The apartment was difficult to find and the host felt more like a helpdesk that couldn’t provide the right assistance. When I sent photos to check if it was the correct apartment, the response wasn’t very helpful, which felt impersonal. The stay itself was fine: a clean apartment, enough dishes, cleaning supplies and comfortable beds.

The apartment was decent, but there were some areas for improvement. It had a fireplace, but no firewood (we had to secure it ourselves). The WiFi did not work. We notified the owner, who apparently lived in the USA and operated a customer center in Ecuador. He promised assistance, but unfortunately, nothing happened.All the bedrooms featured underfloor heating, and it took some time to figure out how to lower the temperature. Communication with the owner and the customer center was acceptable, although they were unable to resolve the issue.The apartment boasts a spacious, attractive terrace, though it was initially unfurnished, which proved a bit inconvenient in the Easter sun.Overall, our stay was satisfactory.

When we arrived, the apartment was below 12°C. After one day, it was still only 14 degrees despite using the fireplace for warmth. Unfortunately, we had to pay for the firewood ourselves. Throughout our stay, there was no hot water available in the apartment. Our inquiries were repeatedly met with responses such as "Thank you for your patience, we have notified our operations team." However, no action was taken regarding the hot water issue. The refund offered was no more than 20% – they refer to it as 30%, but it appears the calculation was based on the rate for one person rather than six.The internet did not work, and eventually, we received portable fans on the second-to-last day, which repeatedly triggered the smoke detectors. Only the cleaning staff came by to check on us, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the water issue.

Aangenaam verblijf in het appartement. Zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit de living. Mooie badkamer en sauna! De regel met de decibelmeter vonden we wat overdreven, waardoor we af en toe schrik hadden om luidop te praten of te lachen… Je brengt best een eigen hoofdkussen mee, want die zijn niet zo goed. Algemeen een goed verblijf gehad!

HOUSE RULES
1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
